For this client, we had to create an identity that stood out in a highly competitive market not just graphically but also through the message that we knew they had to communicate to the public quickly and visually. One challenge was to reduce and organize a lengthy list of services and pricing to fit the content within the constraints of a tri-fold brochure.
We chose a simple but elegant color scheme of black and lime green with gray highlights. We met with the client to help us understand the multitude of services offered and pricing models. Also, the existing logo was hard to read as it was cursive writing over a background image. By simplifying the logo, signage was clearer for customers driving and walking by the salon.
